Fermentation: in steel tanks at controlled temperatures for approximately 21-25 days
Aging: 3 years for the reserve in large French oak barrels and then 1 year in 500 l French oak tonneaux
Aging: in bottle for 12 months
Color: Dark and brilliant ruby red with garnet tendencies with aging
Organoleptic notes: very persistent, broad scent, reminiscent of liquorice and berries. Taste full, persistent, with soft and elegant tannins
Alcohol content: 13-14%
