Return Policy

Refund Policy
We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days from receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition you received it. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, you can contact us at info@cosimiwineshop.com . If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is faulty, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and make it correct.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you when we have received and inspected your return and will let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
